MS Coast Coliseum & Convention Center
Phase I – The first phase of this project consisted of a total renovation of the existing 200,000 square foot convention center. Our work involved the installation of new power and lighting systems, low voltage, data/communications and life safety systems. Because the facility was still hosting previously scheduled events, all existing systems had to be left in place and fully operational until the new systems were installed and functioning.
Phase II – Currently under construction is 200,000 square feet of additional convention space with new power distribution, lighting, emergency generation, low voltage and life safety systems.
Parking Garage – Also under construction is a new parking garage to support the expanded convention center. This three-story structure features more than 400 spaces.
