This project is a complete restoration of a historic 50,000 square foot office building. Our scope of work includes a new 1000-amp, 3-phase, 480-volt service, electrical riser, design/build communications infrastructure, Lighting Control System, fire alarm system, CCTV, 500kW generator and security system.
