Future Pipe Industries
This was a design/build project for the construction of a high strength pipe production facility for Future Pipe Industries based out of Dubai. Because it was Future Pipe’s first production plant in the United States, all electrical requirements were converted from European to U.S. Standards for the NEC to be applied to the design. This project consisted of a 100,000 square foot production plant (Class I/Division II – Hazardous/Explosion Proof), electrical connections for owner furnished equipment and a separate 15,000 square foot administration office building.
